This is a beautiful facility with a diverse amount of top of the line equipment! Since it is training/class based, equipment is always available for use, which is so nice to not have to wait for your turn! The layout is well thought out and is conducive to a workout where you don't have to waste time walking to different pieces of equipment. Another huge perk of this facility are the people! Craig, Jeremy and Jill are all wonderful people and make you feel at home when you are training here. The people who workout here are all very kind and motivated individuals. It is so inspiring to see how strong everyone is (the women especially!) and it gives me so much motivation!
