Exercise

People are healthier and happier when they incorporate a regular exercise regimen each week. Our employees guide clients through an array of exercises that will shape how they look and feel. The objective is to educate a client so they fully understand the importance of exercise for the human body and mind. Your guidance shapes their future.

Sleep

Sleep is essential for a person's health and wellbeing. At least 40 million Americans suffer from over 70 different sleep disorders and 60 percent of adults report having sleep problems a few nights a week or more. The benefits of getting enough sleep include: boosting immunity, prevention of weight gain, improving mood, increase productivity, improving exercise performance, and improves memory. Basically, get enough sleep and you will feel your best. Our employees will teach their clients the importance of adequate sleep so their lifestyle is improved drastically.

Mobility/Flexibility

Continuing to move well through all ages of life is important to function properly. Our employees teach strategies to overcome joint stiffness such as stretching, foam rolling, percussive therapy, etc.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness can also help alleviate stress by improving emotion regulation, leading to a better mood and better ability to handle stress. Our employees encourage clients to take time for themselves each day to lower stress levels. Weight loss can be inhibited by an increase in the hormone cortisol. Teach strategies to lower stress to improve general health for the mind and body.
