We offer a number of fitness classes for both members and guests. You can try a 30 minute class for free with a simple and fast sign up. If you're looking for more, try our 60 minute bootcamp class.

Tuesday's 6:30am.<br /> Learn to use an array of fitness tools to improve overall health, fitness, and performance.
Rise N Shine Bootcamp
Saturday's 8am.<br /> Bootcamps are the ultimate physical challenge. An array of exercises are implemented with a coordinated timing pattern that leaves you wishing you had more recovery time. These workouts are ideal for those that want to push their limits and burn a ton of calories. Prepare to sweat!
Chaos
Fridays @ 6:30am.<br /> Chaos is designed to create total muscular confusion by incorporating movements that will challenge you from every angle. Your weak points in your training will become your strong points.
Metcon
Monday's @ 5:30am.<br /> Short bouts of high intensity training designed to increase metabolic demand and increase energy usage. This is the most challenging class we offer.
